Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness while covering essential event costs.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Conference Tickets: Non-refundable but transferable.
  • Retreat Packages: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future trip.
  • Changes 60+ Days Before Departure: Move your balance to another trip (subject to accommodation policies).
  • Cancellations 30-60 Days Before Departure: 50% cancellation fee; the remaining balance is credited to a future trip.
  • Cancellations Within 30 Days: Non-refundable.

2. Ticket Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
  • Transfer requests must be submitted by October 20, 2025 via email to [[email protected]] with the new attendee’s details.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If the summit is postponed, all tickets will be valid for the new date.
  • If the event is canceled entirely, a full refund will be provided.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Attendees who do not show up for the event without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
